Happy Memorial Day! (little belated I know)

I know, I know, Memorial Day was yesterday but I was working all day and didn't post so better late than never! It's been a good week so far, I didn't exercise over the weekend so when I popped the DVD in yesterday I felt like it was 10 times harder than last week! Funny how quickly your body forgets things. This week I am resolved to exercise 6 days a week and hopefully by the end of the week I won't have to rest my arms between weight workouts. How the mighty have fallen! Now I'm struggling to keep up with the weights part of the video with 5 pounds weights! Just reminds me how long it's been since I've seriously worked out and that I need to stick with it. Of course you should always remember to not workout the same body parts with weights 2 days in a row because your muscles need a day to recover. So on alternate days I'll put the weights down and follow the motions without them.

Just keep repeating:
Beach Trip! Beach Trip! Beach Trip!

I so hope I can continue losing a pound a day before the trip. That would be 43 pounds lost and I would weigh 250! So keep your fingers crossed for me! ...lol, I would definitely have to go shopping a little then!

I hope we all took a second out of our busy lives to remember those who have fallen while defending this wonderful country yesterday. Even a second matters if appreciating the great sacrifices others have made for our freedom.
