I just wanted to take a second and point out 2 products that have made my food limitations so much easier to deal with.
Popsicle Brand Sugar Free Orange, Cherry, and Grape pops
Popsicle Brand Sugar Free Fudgesicle pops
I don't know how they make the Fudgesicle pops taste so go but they are delicious!
You still have to count the calories, fat, carbs, to make sure that you don't go overboard but these two treats are wonderful to have after a long day at work.

Today I saw on the website that there are also Sugar Free Creamsicle Pops which I'll be excited to try soon!
You have to be more careful when eating the fudgesicles due to the more calories and carbs that they have over the regular popsicles but at the end of the day I usually find that I have more than enough calories left over to have one. For example, the total calories that I've had today, which includes dinner because I decided to eat dinner early today, is 284.75; the carbs I've consumed are 35.5 of the allowed 60 that I can have and the fat is 9.8 of the allowed 30 that I can have. So having my end of the day fudgesicle is not going to be a problem today. =)
Even now, I usually can't eat the full three ounces allotted to me per meal. I usually stick to around 2 ounces. It just depends on how filling the food is. I can eat more yogurt that I can turkey burger for obvious reasons. I'm counting this as a liquid though since I know that I'm only allowed to have 3 meals a day besides my fluids so I'm going to double check that it's ok with the nutritionist when I see her the first week of July. I know that jello and regular popsicles are counted as a liquid but the fudgesicle is a relatively new discovery on my part and I haven't seen the nutritionist yet to ask her.
